A hyperbaric chamber is a pressurised environment that increases the amount of oxygen your body can absorb. This helps support healing, recovery, energy, and overall well-being.

Clients commonly use it for improved recovery, reduced inflammation, enhanced energy, skin health, cognitive support, and general wellness.

Comfort and safety are our priority. Our soft-shell chamber has fixed internal dimensions, and clients must be able to lie inside without discomfort or placing pressure on the chamber structure. If a client is unable to fit safely inside, we will discuss alternative options or refund the session where appropriate.

Comfortable clothing such as leggings, shorts, joggers, or a T-shirt is ideal. Avoid shoes, sharp objects, or anything that may damage the chamber material.

Sessions typically last between 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs and the treatment plan discussed beforehand.

Yes. Our chamber operates at low, wellness-based pressures and is monitored throughout your session. Hyperbaric therapy is non-invasive and generally very well tolerated.

No. Electronic devices are not allowed inside the chamber for safety reasons.

Yes! Combining both treatments can enhance results by increasing oxygen delivery while stimulating cellular regeneration — an excellent pairing for recovery and wellness. You can simply add it on as an extra when you book your session.

The more skin exposed, the better the light can work. You can wear gym wear, shorts, crop tops, or swimwear, depending on your comfort level.

Yes. Red light therapy is non-invasive, gentle, and safe for all skin tones and types. It does not produce UV rays.

Sessions usually last 10–20 minutes, depending on the area being treated and the desired results.

Many clients feel benefits such as improved energy or reduced tension after the first few sessions. Skin and cellular changes typically build gradually over several treatments.

  • Red Light Therapy: For the best results, we recommend minimizing distractions and keeping your phone away during the session. Red light works most effectively when your body and skin are fully exposed to the light. You may keep your phone nearby for emergencies, but we encourage you to relax and enjoy the session.

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: For safety reasons, phones and other electronic devices cannot be brought inside the chamber. This ensures the safe operation of the equipment and prevents any damage to the chamber.

The deadline for booking purchased packages is 6 months.
