Welcome to Hyperbaric House. By booking, purchasing, or attending any sessions with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF), and Red Light Therapy (collectively referred to as “therapies”).

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, booking system, email, or phone.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Single sessions may be booked directly through the booking system at the standard rate.

  • Therapy packages must be purchased via our online shop and are redeemed using a unique booking code issued after purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Hyperbaric House reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.

2. Packages, Codes, and Validity

  • Therapy packages are valid only for the number of sessions purchased.

  • After purchase, clients will be onboarded and provided with a unique booking code.

  • Each booking made using the code will deduct one session from the package balance.

  • Packages must be used within the stated validity period from the date of purchase.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the session being forfeited or deducted from a package.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full or deducted from the package balance.

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Hyperbaric House and, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Health, Safety, and Medical Disclosure

  • HBOT, PEMF, and Red Light Therapy are non-invasive wellness therapies and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to their first session and disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and changes in health.

  • Certain medical conditions may prevent safe participation in therapy. For HBOT, this includes but is not limited to untreated pneumothorax, recent ear or lung surgery, severe respiratory or cardiac conditions, and pregnancy.

  • Hyperbaric House reserves the right to request medical clearance prior to treatment.

  • Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by staff before and during sessions.

  • Hyperbaric House reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable or at risk.

5. Weight, Size, and Mobility Restrictions (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy)

  • The soft-shell hyperbaric chamber has a maximum safe weight limit of 136 kg (300 lbs).

  • The chamber has size and space limitations. Clients must be able to comfortably fit inside the chamber without forcing entry or compromising safety.

  • Clients must have sufficient mobility and flexibility to safely enter, exit, and remain seated or lying comfortably in the chamber without assistance.

  • Hyperbaric House staff reserve the right to assess suitability upon arrival and refuse chamber use if safety requirements are not met, regardless of declared weight or size.

6. Use of Electronic Devices

  • For safety reasons, phones, watches, and electronic devices are not permitted inside the hyperbaric chamber.

  • Phones and personal electronic devices may be used during PEMF and Red Light Therapy sessions unless otherwise advised.

  • Hyperbaric House reserves the right to restrict the use of any device on-site if it is deemed unsafe for the therapy environment.

7. Client Conduct and Personal Hygiene

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow all staff instructions at all times.

  • Hyperbaric House reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a client behaves inappropriately, disruptively, or in a manner that compromises safety.

  • Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene. Excessive use of perfume, cologne, or strong body odour may interf

  • Therapy packages are valid for the stated number of sessions only

  • Packages must be used within [X months] from the date of purchase

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Sessions are redeemed using a unique booking code issued after purchase

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be deducted from your package

  • Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or used against other services

  • Medical clearance may be required prior to certain therapies

  • HBOT: 3-6 months, depending on the package

  • PEMF: 3-6 months, depending on the package

  • Red Light Therapy: 3–6 months, depending on the package

    You understand that physical exercise carries a risk of injury and voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may arise from your participation.

  • Safe Practice Environment
    You are responsible for ensuring you have a safe, clear space and appropriate equipment for your practice.

  • Limitation of Liability
    The instructor and provider accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred through participation in these classes.

  • Level of Practice
    Modifications may be offered, but it is your responsibility to choose the level that suits your ability and experience.
