No. Health coaching is flexible and personalised. There are no extreme diets or rigid rules — the focus is on sustainable changes that work for you.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on your goals. Some clients benefit from a few sessions, while others choose ongoing coaching for long-term support and accountability.
Is Holistic PT & health coaching suitable if I have medical conditions?
