A Glass with Bird — A Rebellious Wellness Podcast

A Glass with Bird is a wellness podcast for those tired of surface-level advice and guru-led narratives. Hosted by the founder of Hyperbaric House in Manchester, the podcast features honest conversations with people creating real impact through conscious living, community, and embodied wellbeing.

Are you exhausted by a wellness industry that sells certainty, perfection, and quick fixes — while leaving you more disconnected from yourself than ever?

That frustration is exactly why I became a health coach and founded Hyperbaric House in Manchester: a private Hyperbaric Oxygen, Red Light, and PEMF clinic offering intimate wellness workshops alongside yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Not to create followers. Not to position myself as a guru. But to help people reconnect with themselves. Because your body isn’t broken — and you don’t need someone else to “fix” you.

We’ve been taught to outsource our health, intuition, and power. This space exists to challenge that narrative. You are the expert in your own well-being. Always have been and always will be!

A Glass with Bird is a podcast spotlighting people working at ground level, either helping themselves or others— individuals and businesses creating real change, real impact, and real community. Through honest, unfiltered conversations, we explore purpose-driven work, conscious living, and what it actually means to support wellbeing in a world obsessed with surface-level solutions.

Why is it called A Glass with Bird — and how can you be part of it?

Bird is my real name — and it’s what the people who truly know me call me. I’ve always been a no-nonsense person. Even as a kid, I could see through the BS — the performative, polished, over-curated stuff that looks good but says nothing. I’m not interested in that, and I never have been.

A Glass with Bird is informal, honest, and human. No scripts. No filters. No curated personas. And definitely no fake gurus. Just real conversations shared over a glass, with people who are actually doing the work — in their lives, their communities, and their own healing.
